Welcome to Kiamichi Tech's CLEET Phase V, Bail Enforcer, online course! By enrolling in this course, you must provide evidence of your CLEET Phase I, II, and III completion certificate.

Completing CLEET Phase I & II are the first steps in obtaining any form of Private Security Guard certification in Oklahoma.

Kiamichi Tech’s Workforce & Economic Development Center offers CLEET Phase I & II, III, and V online using the Canvas LMS. For each of these classes, once enrolled, students will have 30 days to complete the online course. Once you complete the course and log your training hours, contact your instructor for confirmation of your completion. Once confirmed, your program instructor will notify the WED Coordinator of your completion, and the WED Coordinator will send your completion certificate to you via the email you registered with. There will be a password on the file to view it, but that will be included in the email with your certification. 

As outlined in the terms and conditions below, it is Kiamichi Tech's policy that once students attend one hour of training (in person or online) they are not eligible for a refund in any amount. Additionally, one attempt at the certification exam is included in your tuition - if you choose to test somewhere other than the Poteau campus, you forefit your testing attempt and will have to pay the test fee again wherever you choose to test. The test fee is not transferable or refundable.

Students should schedule their end-of-instruction certification exam with Kiamichi Tech’s Poteau Testing Center after the class ends (after the 30th of the month) by calling 918-647-4525. In order to take your test, you must have your program completion certification card. 

Important Note for Students:
This is an online course; students who enroll in this course are expected to posess basic proficiency in operating a computer, online websites, and platforms. Students should have a laptop computer and access to reliable internet for the duration of this course. Using a cellphone for coursework is not acceptable. Students are expected to do their own coursework without the assistance of others, or technology like AI. You are working towards obtaining a state license, which requires you to be able to demonstrate course mastery independently.

Several occupations require certification or licensure which may be denied if a felony record exists. In addition, certain licensure boards require submission of a Social SecurityNumber before training can begin. Authorization to Voluntarily Release Confidential Information

I hereby request and authorize the voluntary release of information to Kiamichi Technology Centers, any and all information or records concerning me; my background and personal history; my employment, education, military service, or criminal history. The intent of this authorization is to give my consent for full and confidential, or privileged, and to include the contents of investigator files; evaluations or ratings; complaints or grievances filed against me.

A photocopy or fax copy of this release form will be valid as an original thereof, even though the said photocopy or fax copy does not contain an original writing of my signature. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any person to whom this request is presented and his/her agents and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, arising out of, or by, reason of complying with this request.

Failure to release the information requested by Kiamichi Technology Centers may result in the discontinuance of the background investigation and the processing of my application. For, and in, consideration of the Kiamichi Technology Centers acceptance and processing of my application for training, I agree to hold the district, its agents and employees, harmless from any and all claims and liability associated with my application for training or in any way connected with the decision whether or not to admit me into the training program. I understand that should information of a serious criminal nature surface as a result to this investigation, such information may be turned over to the proper authorities.

This authorization is valid for one (1) year from the date of signature.

Kiamichi Tech Academic Integrity Policy

Cheating: Any form of cheating, incluing copying assignments, using unauthorized materials during exams, or collaborating with others on individual assignments, is strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism: Presenting someone else's work or ideas as your own, without proper attribution, is a serious violation of academic integrity.
Fabrication: Falsifying or inventing any information, data, or citations in academic work is unacceptable.

2. Use of Technology

Artificial Intelligence: The use of AI tools or software to complete assignments, exams, or any academic work is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the instructor.
Digital Ethics: Students must not take pictures of any curriculum materials, exams, or assignments, nor share coursework with anyone outside the program.

3. Confidentiality

Course Materials: All course materials, including lectures, handouts, and assignments, are confidential and should not be shared or distributed without permission.
Patient Information: Any patient information encountered during clinical practice must be kept confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. 

4. Reporting Violations

Responsibility: Students are encouraged to report any suspected violations of academic integrity to the instructor or program coordinator.
Consequences: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, failing grades, suspension, or expulsion from the program.
