TUITION SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
The following policy will be followed by all campus programs for the purpose of granting a tuition scholarship. Conditions for awarding scholarships are as follows:
1. All scholarships apply to tuition only.
2. Students are responsible for any additional class expenses.
3. The use of the Steps to Success Tuition Scholarship is limited to 1 career major (up to 1050 hours) in a full-time program or 1 short-term program which leads to an industry certification.
4. Applicants must reside in the Kiamichi Tech district.
5. Students are eligible for the scholarship within 2 years of completion of one of the following:
- Graduation from a Kiamichi Tech partner school
- Completion of a secondary education in a home school setting
- Completion of a high school equivalency (HSE) credential
Required Documentation

1. Completed Kiamichi Tech Application for Admission or short-term registration

2. Proof of secondary education completion (diploma, 7-8 semester transcript, or high school equivalency (HSE) credential)

Recipients are required to follow all Kiamichi Tech Policies & Procedures. Campus administrators have the right to terminate any student who violates these policies.

If a tuition scholarship recipient is dropped due to policy and/or attendance violations, the scholarship cannot be reinstated.
